Otherwise, was very painless and highly recommend the location. The only slight challenge was parking - we drove there and had to circle around a bit for a spot on the street (didn't notice a parking garage / area affiliated with the site? but perhaps we missed it). He was also cozy being in the carrier which I think helped him feel safe / calm throughout the experience. Like mentioned by others, they use the small swab and I had the baby strapped on in the carrier which seemed to work pretty well so he was somewhat immobile and then I could just hold his head while they did the swab.
